Base Salary
$201k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and lead a distributed team of Specialist Solutions Architects across the Americas.
- Own technical strategy for Agentic WorkSpaces adoption, including VDI migrations, EUC deployments, and early agentic workloads.
- Partner with Specialist Sales leaders to build pipeline, conduct deal reviews, and drive revenue and adoption goals.
- Advise strategic customers at the executive level and lead architecture reviews, proofs of concept, and security and compliance discussions.
- Build scalable partner and systems-integrator programs for migrations and deployments.
- Represent customer feedback to WorkSpaces product and engineering teams and influence roadmap priorities.
- Create reference architectures, workshops, demos, blogs, and conference sessions.
- Run team operating mechanisms and coordinate consistently with EMEA and APJ SA leaders.
Requirements
- Experience architecting or operating solutions on a cloud service provider such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
- 10+ years of senior leadership or 3+ years of technology sales experience.
- 5+ years of provisioning, migrating, and managing end-user computing and related services.
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
- Experience leading Specialist SA or technical pre-sales teams serving enterprise, regulated-industry, or public-sector customers.
- Strong experience with identity, networking, and security for EUC, including Active Directory/Entra ID, SAML, PrivateLink, zero trust, and endpoint management.
- Experience building and operating WBRs, pipeline reviews, and SLA reporting for distributed teams.
- AWS Professional-level or Specialty certifications are preferred.
