Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of o9 solution projects from design and blueprinting through configuration, testing, delivery, and go-live.
- Lead customer workshops, document business requirements, and translate them into phased implementation blueprints.
- Work with experts to configure solutions addressing retail operations and supply chain problems and establish performance monitoring processes.
- Coordinate customer issue resolution, defect tracking, analysis, and remediation.
- Plan and deliver Super User and End User training for global users.
- Support customer demonstrations and collaborate with development and operations teams on product and process improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience implementing planning applications for the retail industry.
- Hands-on implementation experience with one or more retail planning processes, including Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment, or Retail Forecasting.
- Deep experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Knowledge or training in SQL Server and MySQL, with skills in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
- Ability to lead by example, communicate clearly with customers, simplify complexity, analyze large amounts of data, and prioritize high-value opportunities or risks.
- Retail planning, supply chain planning, or TOGAF certifications are beneficial.
