Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and continually improve policies, processes, and procedures for reliable products and services.
- Prepare detailed test specifications for program testing and evaluation.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document application programs.
- Work across most phases of application systems analysis.
- Complete assigned phases of projects and determine approaches for meeting objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced analyst/programmers.
- Lead projects or research with limited scope and complexity when assigned.
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree and 2–4 years of experience.
- Alternatively, requires no degree and 6–8 years of combined education and equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to work under limited supervision on assigned tasks or portions of projects.
