Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable services for multiple customers using custom-developed and open-source software.
- Support the team’s products and collaborate with internal and external peers.
- Develop tools to accelerate deployments and monitor services in large-scale distributed environments.
- Design and implement software solutions supporting the enterprise DevOps transformation.
- Participate in periodic on-call duties.
Requirements
- Exceptional systems development skills in one or more of Python, C, C++, Go, or Rust.
- Strong systems integration skills, including HTTP protocols, Kerberos, and API programming.
- Experience providing secure APIs for system management and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems.
- Working knowledge of container orchestration and cluster management technologies such as Kubernetes and Slurm.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools including Helm, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Hands-on knowledge of containerization systems such as Docker or Podman.
- Experience with CI/CD and GitLab, GitHub, or Git.
- Experience with agile development.
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
