Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components for full-stack enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust and scalable software quickly without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
- Continuously improve how software is built and operated while maintaining quality and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, or another listed backend technology such as .NET, C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies including React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL and cloud-native application development.
