Comfortable contributing to backend services in Go.
Experience in system design and leading projects from requirements to delivery.
Ability to write readable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Familiarity with monitoring and debugging in a distributed environment.
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to institute best practices.
