Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features end to end using Go, React, and TypeScript.
- Invent interfaces for AI-powered software delivery, autonomous pipelines, generated fixes, and developer judgment workflows.
- Own backend service API design, data modeling, service integration, and product outcomes.
- Design systems for reliability, latency, responsiveness, and operational stability.
- Use Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar to monitor and improve systems.
- Identify gaps and proactively address them across the product and engineering experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills.
- Backend experience with Go, including API design, data modeling, and service integration.
- Experience with system architecture, conscious tradeoffs, and documenting design reasoning.
- Comfort operating services in a distributed production environment with attention to latency, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Daily use of AI tools and the ability to discuss how they have influenced engineering work.
- A demonstrated track record of building and shipping software to users.
