Base Salary
$118k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and operate production-grade AI systems that use real-time signals for detection, reliability, and streaming-platform health.
- Build agentic AI capabilities using foundation models, predictive modeling, and anomaly detection.
- Develop end-to-end pipelines that transform telemetry, logs, and user signals into insights, automated detection, and root-cause analysis.
- Create and deploy scalable APIs and services that provide predictive signals, explainability, and operational insights.
- Embed AI capabilities into incident response, release validation, and customer-insight workflows.
- Contribute to system design, code reviews, production-system ownership, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of applicable backend development experience, including AI-powered or data-driven applications and scalable APIs.
- Practical AI/ML engineering experience with agentic workflows or traditional machine learning using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Experience with GitHub, Docker, and cloud-native deployments using AWS/EKS.
- Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and standard SDLC workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with Datadog, Grafana, Conviva, high-volume telemetry, PySpark, Pandas, Databricks, Snowflake, prompt design, model evaluation, foundation-model fine-tuning, and production systems at scale.
