Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications that integrate generative AI models.
- Develop frontend and backend solutions using modern web frameworks and technologies.
- Ingest, process, unify, enrich, and analyze large and disparate datasets using big data technologies.
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms and build or recommend data platforms and solutions.
- Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive modeling, recommendation engines, scoring systems, and A/B testing.
- Write tests, participate in code reviews, and ensure product quality and excellence.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI/ML engineers to create intelligent user experiences.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improving data systems and solutions to clients and decision-makers.
- Tie technology solutions to business outcomes using data-driven KPIs and build consensus with stakeholders.
- Support government clients and work at client, EY, or contractor sites as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- At least 6–8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with modern web development using JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating generative AI models into applications through APIs or fine-tuned models.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, Vercel, or similar cloud platforms.
- At least 2 years of GenAI experience.
- Understanding of statistical modeling, ETL, data ingestion and cleansing, and data engineering.
- Required machine learning experience with k-nearest neighbors, Naive Bayes, decision trees, and support vector machines.
- Experience with data mining and statistical tools, pattern recognition, predictive modeling, recommendation engines, scoring systems, and A/B testing.
- Experience with tools and libraries such as Weka, NumPy, PyMongo, and R.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies in Hadoop, AWS, or Microsoft ecosystems.
- Preferred education in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, AI inference optimization, open-source AI and web projects, RAG, or model fine-tuning.
- Strong business understanding of data science applications and clear communication with key decision-makers.
- Willingness to work in person as needed and travel 20–30% or more.
Benefits
- Base salary range is $125,500–$230,200 across US geographic locations and $150,700–$261,600 in New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.

- Hybrid work model with most external client-serving employees working together in person 40–60% of the time during an engagement, project, or year.
