Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deploy advanced chatbots based on Generative AI, Agentic AI, LangGraph, and MCP.
- Manage the full technical development lifecycle from requirements definition to production deployment.
- Build conversational workflows and multi-agent orchestration systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to GenAI engineers.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly through documentation, technical communication, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- 6–9 years of experience in AI development, technical architecture, or GenAI projects.
- Confirmed experience with Generative AI, LLM architectures, model optimization, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol.
- Excellent proficiency in Python and major AI/ML libraries.
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.
- Preferred: knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, scalable architectures, conversational AI UI/UX, and cloud deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred: familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD, containers, and automation.
