Responsibilities

Partner with client stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Service to identify business problems and design Salesforce-centric solutions.
Lead the architecture of Sales, Marketing, and Service solutions across and beyond the Salesforce ecosystem.
Translate business needs into architectures and implementation plans for delivery teams.
Serve as Lead Developer and personally implement the most complex elements of client solutions.
Create reusable accelerators, assets, and best practices for the Client & Digital practice.
Mentor and coach consultants and architects.
Build and extend solutions using AgentForce, Data 360, and CRM Analytics.

5+ years of consulting experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and implementation.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
Current development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and Flow Builder.
Integration experience with APIs, ELT/ETL, and iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, and ADF.
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce CI/CD and SDLC pipelines using tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jenkins.
Experience leading as both a hands-on architect/developer and a development team lead.
Strong communication skills with clients, delivery teams, and internal teams.
Demonstrated track record of building teams.
Experience in asset or wealth management, pre-sales, building technical accelerators, or broader Sales, Marketing, and Service platforms is preferred.
