Responsibilities
- Drive automation discovery and design using Power Platform tools.
- Lead end-to-end process assessments from opportunity identification to automation design.
- Configure and maintain efficient automation workflows using Microsoft and API-first principles.
- Analyse business processes to identify and optimize with intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and stakeholders for seamless solution delivery.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and intelligent automation tooling.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies including OCR, process mining, and API integration.
- Skilled in business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery methodology.
- Experience documenting solutions and supporting change control processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation issues and provide timely resolutions.
