Base Salary
$167k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional customer-facing projects across Treasury engineering, operations, compliance, banking, and risk teams.
- Define the technical architecture and user experience of the Treasury product.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship features for customers and internal users.
- Own product development and actively shape Mercury’s future.
- Build and operate full-stack Treasury experiences including onboarding, portfolio recommendations, dashboards, and tooling.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience building and operating backend systems and customer-facing experiences.
- Successful track record serving as the technical lead for complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Product-minded approach to building APIs and customer experiences.
- Effective communication and collaboration with peers and cross-functional partners.
- Domain knowledge as a registered investment advisor and broker-dealer supporting equities, fixed income, and mutual funds.
