Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with technical and executive customer stakeholders.
- Lead health checks, use case workshops, business reviews, adoption initiatives, and get-well plans.
- Identify account expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives on growth strategies.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, evaluations, and proofs of concept.
- Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions using Redwood’s automation platform.
- Act as the technical liaison and escalation point while coordinating Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services.
- Manage concurrent customer projects and internal resources to deliver timely outcomes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues at a high level and determine appropriate resolution paths.
- Advocate for customers by providing structured feedback and documenting implementation best practices.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical Consulting, or Customer Success Engineering.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Bring hands-on experience with enterprise software and technologies including cloud infrastructure, ERP, databases, ETL, MFT, programming, networking, Windows, Linux, and troubleshooting.
- Understand enterprise organizational structures, common large-enterprise challenges, and ERP solutions such as financials and procure-to-pay.
- Be able to learn, articulate, and demonstrate complex technical solutions quickly.
- Have exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives.
- Use an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Preferred qualifications include SAP ERP experience and experience with Java, SAP ABAP, SQL Developer, LLMs, or AI solutions.
- Be willing to travel approximately 20–40% depending on customer and business needs.
