Base Salary
$146k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and system architecture for AI-powered products.
- Write high-quality code and build proof-of-concepts to address complex challenges.
- Mentor backend engineers and identify systemic technical debt.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to define initiatives.
- Integrate AI workflows into daily development practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Proven experience at a senior-to-staff level with system design for high-scale products.
- Strong backend development skills in Kotlin; TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of AWS and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with AI models and LLMs in customer-facing products.
- Experience in startup or high-innovation environments.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools.
