Responsibilities
- Assist with deploying and configuring AI and platform solutions in customer environments.
- Support integration with client systems, data sources, and workflows.
- Perform testing, validation, environment-readiness activities, and guided troubleshooting.
- Support LLM-based applications and AI agents, including prompt configuration, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and basic operational metrics.
- Participate in customer discovery, implementation sessions, and workshops with senior FDEs.
- Communicate technical findings and progress to internal teams.
- Create customer documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
- Capture implementation learnings and share recurring challenges with product and engineering teams.
- Contribute reusable scripts, templates, and configuration assets.
Requirements
- Recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or implementation roles.
- Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or a similar language.
- Experience working with APIs and basic system integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and exposure to LLM-based applications or AI tools through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Basic version-control knowledge using Git.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and customer-collaboration abilities.
- An internship or relevant experience is a plus.
