Responsibilities
- Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions for internal HR and Finance processes.
- Develop use cases including AI agents, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows, and predictive models.
- Own features independently from ideation through production deployment.
- Build scalable, reliable, maintainable, and production-ready AI services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities and translate them into solutions.
- Develop production-grade Python software and use Docker for container-based development.
- Integrate APIs and work with cloud and CI/CD deployment flows.
- Build domain understanding, challenge stakeholders constructively, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
Requirements
- Completed master’s degree in AI or Computer Science.
- 2–5 years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience with production-grade Python.
- Experience with Docker and container-based development.
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CI/CD deployment flows.
- NLP experience or pipeline development is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, pragmatic, collaborative, and consultative approach.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch is required.
