Responsibilities
- Serve as a key technical member of the Business Development team to help customers build applications and services on AWS.
- Scope customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.
- Own technical engagements and help ensure timely, successful delivery of customer value, with AWS partners performing the actual solution delivery.
- Develop expertise in AWS technologies and how applications and services are constructed on the AWS platform.
- Share best-practice knowledge with the solutions architect community and understand AWS market segments, customers, and industry verticals.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one of Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++.
- Experience with at least two of networking fundamentals, security, storage, relational or NoSQL databases, or operating systems including Unix, Linux, or Windows.
- Preferred: experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution.
- Preferred: experience in cloud architecture, systems design, software development, infrastructure architecture, data engineering, or DevOps.
- Customer-facing communication skills and the ability to engage senior customer personnel and guide software developers and architects.
