Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to plan and execute strategic deals.
- Participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and product demonstrations.
- Design solutions that meet customer needs and highlight NiCE's value proposition.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate customer needs.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape and perform technical comparisons.
- Provide internal training to other teams.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or presales roles.
- Proficiency in enterprise software, especially in contact center or automation technologies.
- JavaScript programming/scripting experience; knowledge of Java or Python is a plus.
- Experience with conversational AI and generative AI technologies.
- Understanding of contact center technology and components.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage an audience.
- Experience with video editing or design tools is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate complex concepts.
