Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the target architecture for the GTM systems ecosystem.
- Design and build scalable solutions for complex cross-system initiatives.
- Continuously audit the health of the GTM stack for reliability and integrity.
- Review and guide solution designs to improve scalability and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers on architecture and technical decision-making.
- Partner with GTM teams to understand workflows and translate needs into system designs.
- Lead high-priority initiatives requiring deep architectural ownership.
Requirements
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and its integration approaches.
- Experience owning architecture for a multi-tool GTM stack in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of integration design patterns and their implications.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Solid data literacy and experience with data integrity and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes projects with minimal oversight.
