Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps Canvas Apps with responsive UI, business logic, and Dataverse integration.
- Develop D365 forms, business rules, plugins, JavaScript, PCF controls, and reusable custom components.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation.
- Model Dataverse data, relationships, security roles, teams, and permissions.
- Implement integrations using Dataverse Web API, OData, and REST APIs.
- Use React for component-based UI development.
- Support solution deployment and environment management with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, follow development standards, and prepare technical documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of overall IT experience with relevant Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development experience.
- The qualifications section separately specifies 4-7 years of experience and requires proven delivery of enterprise CRM and Canvas Apps solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement solutions.
- Extensive Power Apps Canvas Apps experience and good experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript programming skills, including custom PCF control development.
- Knowledge of D365 forms, plugins, business rules, Ribbon Workbench, and web resources.
- Experience with Dataverse Web API, OData, REST API integrations, Azure DevOps, source control, and solution deployment.
- Working knowledge of React and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
