Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical consultation on Zoho Finance, HR, and Payroll applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and webinars for prospective clients.
- Identify business needs and design customized solutions using Zoho’s suite of applications.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and RFI responses.
- Act as a liaison among customers, sales, product management, and engineering teams.
- Build customer relationships and provide training and technical support during trials and implementations.
- Research industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in Finance, HR, and Payroll.
- Relay customer feedback to product development teams and suggest product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a presales engineering role focused on Finance, HR, and Payroll applications.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes, payroll systems, and related regulatory requirements in the Africa market.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, and other financial management tools is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity, complexity, flexibility, constructive feedback, and self-directed work.
