Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, portals, and SharePoint Online solutions.
- Create and optimize Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, task assignments, and other business processes.
- Integrate Power Apps and SharePoint with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL databases, REST APIs, Microsoft 365 tools, and Power BI.
- Configure data connections, validation rules, real-time synchronization, SharePoint permissions, sites, lists, libraries, and content types.
- Customize user interfaces and user experiences to meet organizational branding and usability standards.
- Gather and refine business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployments and platform enhancements.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, job aids, training materials, and support procedures.
- Conduct demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities for end users and stakeholders.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing solutions for performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals, mission objectives, security requirements, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions with Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate.
- Proficiency managing SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, content types, and permissions.
- Experience building automated Power Automate workflows for business processes.
- Experience integrating Power Apps and SharePoint with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server or other SQL databases, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data connections, validation rules, and real-time data synchronization.
- Experience customizing SharePoint and Power Apps solutions according to branding and UX/UI standards.
- Experience gathering requirements from business and technical stakeholders and delivering scalable, mission-critical solutions.
- Ability to produce comprehensive technical and end-user documentation, training materials, and support guides.
- Experience using Power BI to build reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and solution effectiveness.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Active or obtainable DoD/DoW Secret Clearance.
- IAT Level II certification required, such as Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC, or an equivalent certification defined by DoD 8570/8140.
