Responsibilities
- Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.
- Design scalable and secure solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Lead technical architecture and design for new services, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Design integration architecture across Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms.
- Define API, integration, data flow, authentication, security, application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture.
- Review existing architectures, technical designs, solution architecture documents, integration specifications, and development approaches.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, governance, and architecture standards.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability issues, and potential points of failure.
- Support technical evaluations, recommend technology and solution options, and participate in architecture review boards.
- Account for high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and maintainability in solution designs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT, including significant solution or enterprise architecture experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Dataverse, including architecture, customization, security roles, business units, workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong experience with Azure cloud architecture and enterprise integrations using APIs, REST, messaging, and integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, Databricks, and modern data-platform integration.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Power Platform, and Power BI is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and secure API integration.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, architecture documentation, performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 certifications, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
