Base Salary
$145k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the Expo infrastructure for optimal configuration.
- Leverage React Native's New Architecture to eliminate performance bottlenecks.
- Build and maintain iOS-specific features like App Clips and Widgets.
- Collaborate with Expo & Software Mansion on new feature releases.
- Create tooling to improve developer velocity and code quality.
- Establish monitoring systems for app performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure engineers to enable feature development.
- Own and improve the weekly app release process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building mobile applications with React Native.
- Experience with Expo and managing mobile build/deployment infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of New Architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Track record of improving developer experience using CI/CD automation.
- A builder’s mindset focused on automation and optimization.
- Deep sense of ownership and dedication to ambitious outcomes.
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
