Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate end-to-end deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, clear blockers, manage timelines and progress, and ensure capacity and training readiness.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
- Track workload ramp from agreement through consumption and drive sustainable product usage.
- Identify expansion opportunities during project execution and support future contract renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Four years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud products, competitive differentiation, and collaboration with product and capacity teams.
- Preferred experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java.
