Base Salary

$89k - $148k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for complex healthcare applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and reusable test frameworks.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to validate application functionality, business logic, and data integrity.
  • Create automated UI, API, and integration tests within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Analyze requirements and user stories to develop comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and QA team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality engineering best practices.
  • Monitor test results, regression coverage, and quality metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Support automation-first testing practices and emerging AI-assisted testing capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and typically 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 4 years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
  • Strong SQL skills for testing and data validation.
  • Experience building or maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites.
  • Hands-on experience with Tosca, Selenium, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience testing APIs, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control tools, and Agile teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Preferred experience designing scalable test automation frameworks.
  • Preferred experience with C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Preferred experience testing cloud-based applications, including Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Preferred experience with SoapUI, Postman, Jira, qTest, Cucumber, or JUnit.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled testing tools and automation practices is preferred.
  • Healthcare technology, pharmacy, revenue cycle, or healthcare software experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay range of $89,000-$148,400, with potential annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Hybrid work arrangement may be available based on business needs.
  • Las Colinas employees may be expected to work onsite at least two days per week, with remaining days remote.
  • Atlanta employees may periodically attend onsite team meetings.
  • Limited travel may be required for team collaboration and business meetings.
