Base Salary

$250k - $350k/yr

Responsibilities

Prototype and continuously ship products that become part of scientists’ daily workflows.
Build agentic products and interfaces, including copilots, experiment planning systems, workflow automation, and operational tools.
Design how scientists direct, supervise, and collaborate with AI agents across experimentation and analysis.
Partner with model researchers to shape product behavior, evaluation signals, telemetry, and feedback loops.
Own product development end to end, including data models, backend systems, APIs, user experience, deployment, and observability.
Work with scientists in the lab and customers to identify workflow bottlenecks and turn them into products.
Help establish the company’s product engineering culture and standards.

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
Ability to build and own products spanning data models, backend systems, APIs, user experience, deployment, and observability.
Interest in applying AI to scientific workflows and working directly with scientists and model researchers.

Annual base compensation of $250,000-$350,000.
Visa sponsorship is available with legal support.
The role is based at the Menlo Park lab, with preference for Menlo Park or San Francisco and flexibility depending on the role.
