Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify high-value opportunities and develop technical architectures.
- Design, build, and deploy AI systems that address customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Engage in hands-on coding to create prototypes, evaluation systems, and production accelerators.
- Make informed technical decisions regarding models, data, reliability, and security.
- Diagnose and resolve complex implementation challenges.
- Assist customers in transitioning from prototypes to reliable production systems.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide feedback that enhances product development.
- Create reusable architectures and technical guidance for future deployments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering AI or machine-learning systems in enterprise settings.
- Significant personal contributions in coding, architecture, and production engineering.
- High proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI application stacks; knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
- Ability to systematically evaluate AI systems using relevant data and metrics.
- Experience with enterprise production requirements such as security, reliability, and data governance.
- Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and navigate ambiguous environments.
