Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM applications, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, scientific AI solutions, engineering copilots, and knowledge assistants.
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models and build embedding pipelines, vector search systems, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Evaluate model performance, hallucination rates, and business impact.
- Develop production-quality AI systems and reusable services using Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
- Integrate AI solutions with Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS.
- Own the AI product lifecycle from solution development through monitoring, optimization, and scaling.
- Design architectures, establish engineering best practices, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.
- Independently deliver complex solutions while guiding team members.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- 5–8 years of software engineering or machine learning experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on generative AI experience.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end development, from technical architecture through production deployment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system design and software development lifecycle practices.
- Expertise in Python, LangGraph, Transformers, LLMs, and integrations.
- Experience building production-grade, scalable AI systems.
- Preferred: experience with Agentic Evals and full stack engineering.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with LangGraph and Azure Cloud.
- Preferred: semiconductor domain knowledge.
