Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and develop detailed technology solutions through consulting engagements.
- Define system architecture and hardware/software specifications or designs.
- Implement, test, deploy, and provide client training for delivered solutions.
- Manage engagement activities from client identification through final invoicing.
- Coordinate with company and client managers and monitor project costs and schedules.
- Estimate project costs, generate proposals, and support invoicing.
- Participate in sales and proposal presentations and ongoing team account activities.
- Identify additional product and services opportunities within customer organizations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical consulting capability across problem identification, architecture, design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment.
- Ability to manage customer engagements, project costs, schedules, utilization, and delivery within budgeted hours.
- Ability to work effectively with company managers, client managers, and customer organizations.
- Ability to contribute to proposals, sales presentations, and account-development activities.
