Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing, including product catalog and invoicing.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to optimize the subscription lifecycle.
- Support end-to-end order-to-revenue processes by troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
- Build and maintain Zuora workflows, notifications, and Salesforce integrations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of stakeholder management experience with Finance, RevOps, Sales, and Engineering.
- 6 months to 1+ year of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing in a production environment.
- Experience with Zuora Orders and Orders API.
- Ability to write solution documents and analyze issues.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
