Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 0-to-1 data engineering initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as supply chain.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones supporting rapid growth and potential spin-off.
- Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives while collaborating with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
