Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for Testing and Reliability initiatives.

Research and prototype AI/ML tools to enhance developer productivity.
Lead code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Champion best practices for code health and software maintainability.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
Experience in cloud environments (AWS) and using containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of software design principles and distributed systems architecture.
Proven programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
Expertise in automated testing strategies and testing in production.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Ability to manage and deliver projects from scoping through launch.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
