Responsibilities
- Deploy cloud solutions for various commercial and government customers.
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise solutions in cloud environments.
- Implement and validate solution changes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Proactively address uptime and performance challenges.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system troubleshooting.
- Provide 24/7 on-call technical support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise GIS solutions leveraging the ArcGIS platform.
- Proficiency with Esri products including ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Online.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
- US citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or related STEM field.
