Responsibilities

Define and own the validation strategy for real-time interaction systems and complex UI.
Architect and implement automation solutions for end-to-end interaction flows.
Lead cross-platform validation efforts and resolve systemic defects.
Consult with engineering on design implications and influence interactivity features.
Lead offshore QA members and establish standards for test documentation.

5+ years of experience in QA for game engines or real-time interaction systems.
Advanced knowledge of real-time interaction systems and strategic automation architecture.
Proficiency in C++ and experience writing tests in game engines.
Experience with scripting languages for automation and managing CI/CD test pipelines.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in tools QA and simulation testing for creator platforms.
