Responsibilities
- Become a domain expert in an area of Stripe’s payments stack.
- Handle inquiries from internal Stripes and external partners' technical teams.
- Engage with Stripe's financial partners to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Organize and direct complex technical changes and projects.
- Identify and automate inefficient manual processes.
- Design future anomaly detection systems and tools.
- Collaborate across the company to trace and account for financial transactions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role or a technical user-facing role.
- Great communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of global payment technologies and ecosystems.
- Ability to write high-quality, scalable code.
- Familiarity with developer tools like git.
- Experience managing communications with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a variety of investigative methods.
