Base Salary
$165k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to gather, analyze, and document high-level requirements.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop robust, innovative solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with technology platforms and organizational standards.
- Develop and review technical documentation and solution architecture artifacts.
- Lead high-level design reviews and make strategic architectural decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and their strategic impact.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to solution implementation.
- Lead and oversee project planning and execution for successful solution delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in solution architecture or a related field.
- Relevant experience may substitute for the required education; without a degree, at least 16 years of related experience is required, and a higher-level degree may substitute for experience.
- Expert proficiency in solution architecture principles and frameworks, system integration, and software development methodologies.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud and related services.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in solution design.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, leadership, communication, stakeholder-influence, and consensus-building skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; cloud technology experience; advanced enterprise software and application development knowledge; and certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.

- Estimated starting base salary is $165,010.21–$226,889.04, with annual incentive pay based on performance.
