Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business processes and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide solutions across teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Manage software development lifecycle activities to support timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with O9 Solutions.
- Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience customizing software for complex business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-team delivery.
- 15 years of full-time education.
