Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of Zuora-based finance systems.
- Architect and implement subscription and billing workflows in Zuora.
- Lead development and maintenance of Zuora Billing and Revenue configurations.
- Design and maintain integrations between Zuora and key systems.
- Govern and optimize the Zuora product catalog and rate plan configurations.
- Develop and enhance custom workflows and data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across Zuora.
- Create and maintain documentation for Zuora configurations and processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting Zuora solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the Zuora platform and its configurations.
- Experience architecting Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
- Strong Salesforce technical skills, including Apex and Visualforce.
- Ability to design and maintain integrations between Zuora and core systems.
- Understanding of financial compliance and reporting standards.
- Experience in reducing manual billing errors through automation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Self-directed and organized in managing projects remotely.
- Willingness to work during Pacific Time hours and participate in on-call rotations.
