Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts using Java and Python.
- Perform API testing, including functional endpoint validation with Swagger YAML, Postman, and Rest Assured.
- Write and execute SQL queries for database testing and data integrity validation.
- Analyze requirements, create test cases, execute functional, integration, and regression suites, and provide quality sign-off.
- Track testing progress and defects using JIRA, ADO, or ALM.
- Test AI/ML applications and chatbots for intent recognition, conversational flow, response accuracy, edge cases, bias, fairness, and model robustness.
- Use GitHub Copilot and generative AI tools to support test development, test data creation, and bug report summarization.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–1 years of professional Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks with Java and Python.
- Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle and practical Agile/Scrum experience.
- Interest in or prior experience testing AI-powered applications such as chatbots or other AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with hybrid automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker.
- Proficiency with test and defect management tools, particularly JIRA or similar tools.
