Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cross-platform Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Design and ship LLM-powered agentic workflows for guided field installation using Azure OpenAI and Gemini.
- Implement IoT and hardware integrations including NFC provisioning, AR field tools, and indoor positioning and navigation.
- Contribute to backend and frontend services and APIs to support end-to-end feature delivery.
- Architect and maintain a scalable modular monorepo using strong state management and comprehensive test coverage.
- Build reusable mobile components, improve application performance and stability, and support data synchronization.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality UI/UX, including RTL-aware layouts.
- Contribute to standards for mobile architecture, testing, monitoring, security, and deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile development experience.
- Expert proficiency in Flutter and Dart, BLoC state management, and scalable mobile architecture.
- Proven experience using AI-native development tools such as Azure OpenAI or Gemini in commercial development.
- Ability to contribute to backend and frontend services and APIs for end-to-end feature delivery.
- Experience writing high-quality, testable Dart code for cross-platform iOS and Android applications.
- Familiarity with RTL-aware layouts.
- Experience with industrial IoT applications, field-service apps, or device commissioning workflows is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi, NFC, BLE, AR, or indoor navigation is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Firebase, Intercom, and offline/synchronization capabilities is advantageous.
