Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter/Dart.
- Create agentic workflows for guided installation using LLMs to assist field technicians.
- Implement complex IoT/Hardware integration features, including NFC provisioning and AR tools.
- Contribute to backend and frontend services/APIs for end-to-end feature delivery.
- Architect and maintain a scalable, modular monorepo with strong state management.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional UI/UX.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI-Native Engineer using tools like Azure OpenAI or Gemini.
- 5+ years of mobile development experience with expert proficiency in Flutter/Dart.
- Comfortable with full-stack contributions to backend and frontend services/APIs.
- Ability to write high-quality, testable Dart code with cross-platform familiarity.
