Base Salary
$242k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and ship new features with speed, quality, and reliability.
- Translate business needs and product ideas into robust technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Lead engineers through ideation, scoping, development, release, and ongoing optimization.
- Champion automation and process improvements that accelerate delivery and maintain technical excellence.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance standards from prototype through release.
- Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-trust environment.
Requirements
- Extensive software engineering experience and a history of shipping impactful features in complex systems.
- Deep understanding of system design, software architecture, and modern development practices.
- Effective technical leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on delivery and quality.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience advocating for continuous delivery, automation, and process efficiency.
