Responsibilities

Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot software features, services, APIs, platforms, and infrastructure.
Ensure software and services are highly available, scalable, secure, monitored, and performant.
Integrate internal and external services and APIs to support data exchange and interoperability.
Collaborate with platform and services teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Write secure, maintainable, well-tested code and design unit and integration test automation.
Participate in code reviews, engineering best practices, mentoring, and technical documentation.
Provide technical support and operational support for production systems, including on-call rotations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
At least 2 years of experience in application development and support environments using multiple technologies and design techniques.
Proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript for cross-platform software development.
Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL services and APIs.
Experience building and scaling infrastructure services using Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure services including identity platforms, networking, storage, databases, containers, and serverless services.
Experience troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems and supporting production systems through on-call rotations.
Knowledge of relational, graph, document, and key-value databases, data modeling, database design, and SQL.
Understanding of software development lifecycle practices including coding standards, source control, continuous deployments, testing, operations, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Preferred experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and/or Angular for scalable frontend components.
Strong problem-solving, communication, independent-working, collaboration, adaptability, and ambiguity-management skills.

Hybrid office/remote working arrangement.
