Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
- Implement workflows, automation, business rules, integrations, and data models from functional and technical requirements.
- Build and optimize UI policies, client scripts, script includes, integrations, and ACLs.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, stakeholders, and delivery teams to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, quality assurance, platform upgrades, performance improvements, and issue resolution.
- Implement and maintain dashboards, reporting, and Performance Analytics elements.
- Support projects from initial discussions through implementation and post-go-live activities.
Requirements
- At least 4–5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Proven development experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least three ServiceNow modules, preferably IRM/GRC, HRSD, SecOps, CMS, or ITOM.
- Practical experience with workflow design, automation, server-side and client-side scripting, and custom application development.
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, MID Server, integrations, and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Understanding of platform workflows, data models, and cross-module dependencies.
- ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS certification, with IRM, HRSD, SecOps, or ITOM certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management concepts.
- Advanced English proficiency with fluent communication skills.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
- Other European languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
