Base Salary
$54k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead client interactions and understand security needs for modernized applications.
- Design secure-by-default architectures for .NET, Linux web, Java, SAP, and SQL applications deployed in cloud environments.
- Support legacy application migration while ensuring compliance and security standards.
- Implement DevSecOps practices and security throughout the secure SDLC.
- Deliver application security solutions incorporating AI agents and Harnesses.
- Conduct security assessments of modernized environments.
- Own significant engagement components, contribute to planning and deliverables, and meet project objectives.
- Coach junior application security practitioners and contribute reusable assets, methods, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of application security experience focused on modernizing security frameworks and implementing secure cloud solutions with DevSecOps.
- At least 3 years of experience migrating, assessing, and securing .NET, Java, SAP, and/or SQL applications in cloud environments.
- At least 3 years of experience with application security tooling such as SAST, SCA, DAST, ASPM, CNAPP, WAF, secrets scanning, container scanning, API security scanning, AI security assessments, and Infrastructure as Code scanning.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Preferred experience includes consulting or advisory work, Big Four experience, cloud application security controls and protocols, secure SDLC implementation, AI application design, and strong leadership, communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
