Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners.
- Run workshops with customer stakeholders across various technology domains.
- Own the relationship with the customer’s technical counterparts during and after the sales process.
- Help customers evaluate Firefox Enterprise in deployment and security aspects.
- Design and support pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans.
- Advise on deployment models and integration approaches for enterprise environments.
- Validate interoperability across various systems and technologies.
- Identify and resolve technical risks early in the deployment process.
- Create reusable technical assets such as reference architectures and validation plans.
- Support and enable partners involved in deployment and customer success.
- Champion Mozilla’s values in customer interactions.
Requirements
- Significant experience (7+ years) in a technical solutions role.
- Deep knowledge of the French IT landscape, especially in public sector and financial services.
- Strong background in enterprise security and digital workplace infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows enterprise deployment and policy management.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, and IdP integrations.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical configurations.
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across ambiguity and guiding customers through deployment.
- Willingness to travel within France and accommodate U.S. business hours.
- Fluency in English and native-level fluency in French.
