Responsibilities

Design and continuously develop an Internal Developer Platform in a hybrid multi-cloud environment.
Build standardized Golden Paths and automated self-services for development teams.
Improve Developer Experience and reduce unnecessary technical complexity in collaboration with development teams.
Integrate security, quality, and compliance requirements into platform services and CI/CD processes.
Design and optimize the software development lifecycle from commit through production deployment.
Establish FinOps practices and improve transparency into cloud resource usage and costs.

Several years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or Cloud Engineering.
Experience designing, building, or significantly enhancing Internal Developer Platforms.
Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud-native software development; hybrid or multi-cloud experience is preferred.
Practical knowledge of Golden Paths, self-services, Infrastructure as Code, and Developer Experience.
Strong conceptual and abstraction skills, with a structured working style and effective communication with technical stakeholders.
Business-fluent German proficiency at least C1 and good English proficiency at least B2.
