Responsibilities

  • Support product delivery for mobile network automation and orchestration solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize RAN performance across multivendor, multitechnology, and multiband wireless networks.
  • Work with OSS, mapping tools, operating systems, databases, Grafana, and REST APIs.
  • Perform optimization and tuning using Samsung, Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei equipment.
  • Propose post-launch optimization changes and track improvements against target KPIs.
  • Build relationships with customers’ technical teams and provide technical presentations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant wireless experience.
  • Understanding of RAN performance monitoring, optimization techniques, network structure, interfaces, and provisioning.
  • Hands-on experience with OSS, Windows, Linux, Excel, MySQL, Vertica, MongoDB, Grafana, and REST APIs.
  • Experience optimizing and tuning multiband, multitechnology networks across equipment from Samsung, Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei.
  • Strong customer orientation, service-driven communication, technical presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Python or JavaScript, experience in network automation or SON domains, and experience tracking post-launch optimization improvements.
  • Must communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
