Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve the core backend and frontend of the platform.
- Develop AI-powered features using multi-agent architectures and LLM integrations.
- Technically own the problem domain and facilitate the launch of key microservices.
- Collaborate with various engineering and product teams to deliver cross-domain features.
- Work with leadership to identify and execute the long-term vision.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert in the domain under ownership.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in software development.
- At least 2+ years of experience in frontend development using Angular and React.
- Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate or similar ORM technologies.
- Strong programming skills and understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in agentic AI systems and AI coding tools.
- Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated ownership through shipping production-quality code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AWS and/or distributed systems is a plus.
