Responsibilities
- Upgrade the global payment system architecture using payment-domain knowledge and system-architecture skills.
- Develop disaster-tolerance and degradation strategies for foundational system components.
- Build cross-region disaster-tolerance capabilities while maintaining data security and compliance.
- Analyze business processes, dependencies, and bottlenecks to support stable operation during peak periods.
- Introduce technologies and solutions based on business needs.
- Coordinate and drive key cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related software/system-engineering background, or equivalent working experience.
- Strong programming experience with high-concurrency or complex business systems and service management.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: C++, Java, Go, Python, or Shell.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong responsibility, self-direction, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
